OptiPharm (“we”) operates the opti-pharm.com website. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, and how you can exercise your rights, in accordance with Québec's Act respecting the protection of personal information in the private sector (Law 25).

We only collect personal information when you voluntarily fill out the site's contact form: your name, your pharmacy's name, your email address, your phone number (optional), and the content of your message. The site uses no other collection mechanism.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses no non-essential cookies, no analytics tools, and no advertising tracking service. No cookie consent is required, because there are none.

Use of information

Information provided through the contact form is used solely to respond to your request. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for commercial or advertising purposes.

Hosting and processors

The site is hosted by Vercel. Contact form submissions are routed through Formspree, which forwards them to us by email without using them for any other purpose. No other company has access to submitted information.

Retention

Information collected is kept only as long as necessary to process your request, then deleted.

Your rights
